Peaceful Separations provides competent and complete, attorney reviewed legal documents for all of Washington. We are NOT a "do it yourself" divorce company. All documents are created by our staff specifically for your case and custom tailored to your needs. We don't make you type or file any of your own court documents, like most of the other services do.
You don't have to worry about:
* If the legal language is correct on your
documents
* If your court documents are up to date
* Where the documents are sent and when
* If you possibly forgot or otherwise failed to
provide the court with a required document
* What copies of documents you (and your
. spouse) receive and when
* Trying to get through the court's phone lines
. to check on your case status
We do all of that for you!
Custom Typed, Attorney Reviewed

All Filed For You, With No Court Appearance
We prepare documents for: Dissolutions (Divorces), Legal Separations, Domestic Partnership Dissolutions, Support Modifications, Quit Claim Deeds, Conversions,
and many other legal documents.
Services We Provide For Our Domestic Law Clients:
We file in Lincoln County, this eliminates the need to make a court appearance. Anyone who lives in Washington may use Lincoln County.
All documents are reviewed by supervising attorney.
Document revisions, if needed, cost $10 per document.
Our fees include all document preparation, attorney review, and all mailing costs. A copy of each set of documents is provided for both the petitioner and the respondent. Court filing fees and real estate document recording fees are extra.
Documents are usually completed within two weeks.
What We Cannot Do For Our Domestic Law Clients:
The paralegals may not provide legal advice.
We do not represent anyone in your case. Our job is to create your documents and we will answer questions from both sides in your case.
We will not engage in unlawful activity or create documents that we know to be fraudulent or false in nature.
We do not prepare Qualified Domestic Relation Orders (QDROs), but we will give you a list of companies that can do those for our clients.
We do not record your real estate documents with the county auditor for you. Clients must do this themselves. However, we will provide written instructions on how to accomplish this task when the divorce is final.
